Inanch London’s Creative Director, Inanch Emir and MD, Joe Emir had the pleasure of attending London Fashion Week Men’s hottest ticket, Tinie Temper’s sport luxe brand, What We Wear’s SS2019 catwalk show at the BFC show space, 180 The Strand.

As well as the man himself (Tinie Temper), they were in good company with designers Paul Costelloe and Ozwald Boateng, musician Dougie Poynter, influencer/ presenter Darren Kennedy, actor Will Poulter, model Rafferty Law and rapper Giggs, who were just a few of the high- profile VIP’s in attendance.

The Hat Trick collection is a continuation of the brand’s original aesthetic, offering functional and stylish luxury sportswear for the modern-day British man (or woman). Tapping into the 90’s sports luxe theme of the collection, hair was kept clean and natural. Crops were textured with a dry finish, Afro hair was perfectly teased and long curly locks gelled to perfection.

Curls continue to be a huge hair story in the SS2019 season, combined with layering to create a great shape.

To achieve this look, start with a strong foundation; give hair a good brush with the Gold Class Bristle Brush, then shampoo and condition using Philip Kingley’s moisturise balance shampoo and conditioner.

Next come the products, avoid anything with a high alcohol content as this is particularly bad for curly hair, instead opt for a root boosting spray and rehydrating, curl defining mist, or Rikoko’s leave in conditioner; scrunch, then allow to dry naturally or use a diffuser if time isn’t on your side.

Finally, leave hair as it is for a perfect natural finish or add KMS styling gel to achieve this season’s slightly ‘wet look’ trend.
